Frostfire Rod

Frostfire Rod is listed as unobtainable, and the entry gives no location or description to go on. All that survives is a stat line: 20 Lure Speed, 35 Luck, 0.08 Control, 12 Resilience and a weight cap of 2,200 kg. It has no passive.

Those numbers are low across the board. A Luck of 35 and a Lure Speed of 20 mean it would have been slow and unlucky next to almost any rod you can buy now. The 2,200 kg cap is identical to the one on the Frost Warden Rod, which suggests the two were meant to sit in the same early tier.

Because you cannot get it, there is nothing to plan around. The only reason to read about it is to understand where it sat in the lineup: an early, passive-free rod with modest stats and a cold-themed name.

If you are trying to build a collection of retired gear, record it as unobtainable with minimal stats. If you want a rod to fish with today, pick something that is actually available; this one gives you no path to it and no advantage even if it did.
