Toucax guide
Only one Cosmic pet in the game out-earns Toucax. At $30M/s it ranks 2nd of 28 in its rarity, and it weighs just 12 kg at base, which makes it a strange mix of tiny and valuable.
From Prehistoric inputs to a $30M/s Cosmic
Toucax comes from the Biohazard Egg, the pool behind the Biohazard banner of Dr. Scramble's Laboratory (Update 6, replacing the Rift Trade-In Machine). That banner draws from Prehistoric, Cosmic and Cherry Blossom eggs, the earliest set of the three Laboratory banners. Consider what it asks for from Prehistoric:
- Dodo (Rare), $280/s
- Pterodactyl (Legendary), $22K/s
- Ankylosaurus (Mythic), $120K/s
- Triceratops and Bronto (Cosmic), $1.2M/s and $1.5M/s
A Toucax earns 20 times a Bronto and 25 times a Triceratops. Since Update 6 you can hand eggs straight to the Laboratory, and hitting pity guarantees the banner's top reward, Nuclear Mantis ($1.5B/s) being the egg's highest pet.
The Biohazard Egg in order
- Toxic Rat, Mythic, $180K/s
- Radcoon, Cosmic, $2.2M/s
- Toucax, Cosmic, $30M/s
- Nuceodile, Secret, $500M/s
- Nuclear Mantis, Eternal, $1.5B/s
Toucax ties Crocodon from the Monster Egg at $30M/s, and 78 of 198 pets earn more. The wiki lists no grow time or hatch reward.
Estimates
With the formula the wiki documents, its 12 kg base means a 100x Toucax is only 1,200 kg:
- Golden: about $75M/s
- Rainbow: about $105M/s
- 100x base weight: about $513M/s
- 200x base weight: about $711M/s
- Rainbow at 100x weight: about $1.8B/s
The Scrambled Mutation from the Experiment Shop (475 Samples, x2.75, 10% chance) would push a plain Toucax to about $82.5M/s. A 100x copy already passes a plain Nuceodile.
