Fourth step of the Biohazard Egg
The Biohazard Egg belongs to the Biohazard banner of Dr. Scramble's Laboratory, added in Update 6 in place of the Rift Trade-In Machine. That banner draws from Prehistoric, Cosmic and Cherry Blossom eggs. Update 6 also lets you hand in eggs directly and changed pity so it guarantees the top reward.

The Rift's Boss Shop offers a similar route: its Mutation Shard can apply the Fractured mutation (also x2.75, 10% chance), and the wiki's FAQ says that shard works on both growing and fully grown eggs in your pen.
