Plane Wreckage

The Plane Wreckage is one of the more meaningful Structures you can stumble onto in 99 Nights in the Forest, and it earns its "important" billing largely through its loot mix. Picking through the broken fuselage and scattered debris can yield Scrap, Fuel, Special items, and Mossy Coins all in one stop, which is unusually well-rounded for a single point of interest.

That combination is what makes it worth the detour. Fuel keeps your campfire alive deeper into the night cycle, Scrap feeds crafting and upgrades, and the Special drops plus Mossy Coins give you both rare gear potential and shop currency. Few loose sites cover so many of your survival needs at once.

The trade-off is exposure. A crash site is open terrain with little natural cover, so you are vulnerable to wandering enemies and ambushes while you root through wreckage, and the time spent looting is time away from your base defenses. Bring a teammate to watch your back, grab the Fuel and Special first in case you have to bail, and treat the wreckage as a quick high-value resupply rather than a place to linger after dark.
