The table covers Fuel, Scrap, Special, and Mossy Coins, which is the classic survival quartet: fuel keeps your campfire burning through the cold nights, scrap feeds crafting and upgrades, and Mossy Coins are the currency you spend on traders. A single area that touches all four is genuinely worth the walk.

The old ranger-camp imagery hints at a layout of tents and crates rather than a sealed building, so loot tends to be scattered around the open ground. That openness is the catch. With no walls to funnel enemies, you are exposed while you scoop up resources, and a Special drop is exactly the kind of reward that tempts players to linger a beat too long.

Visit it by day, sweep efficiently, and grab the Special and Coins first since those are the highest-value pulls. Keep an eye on the tree line for wolves and don't get caught looting here after dusk, when an unwalled camp turns from a supply point into a death trap.
