Polar Bear Cave

The Polar Bear Cave is a Structure tied to the snowy, winter side of 99 Nights in the Forest, and it is firmly a combat location rather than a casual loot stop. What defines it is not a generous drop table but its defenders: the cave is guarded by two Polar Bears alongside two to three Frozen Cultists, a dangerous mixed pack of bruisers and ranged-leaning attackers.

That pairing is exactly why the cave demands respect. The Polar Bears are heavy melee threats with high health that can shred an under-prepared player, while the Frozen Cultists add numbers and pressure so you cannot simply duel one bear in peace. Clearing it solo is a real gamble; the enemies can quickly surround you in the tight, snowy approach.

The reward is the satisfaction and progression of clearing a hostile den, but go in with a coordinated team, strong weapons, healing on hand, and a clear escape route. Pull enemies into open ground where you can kite the bears rather than fighting them all at once in the cave mouth. For unprepared survivors, the smart call is often to leave the Polar Bear Cave for later.
