The loot mirrors the game's common scavenging pool but stays useful: a Treehouse offers Fuel, Scrap, and Mossy Coins, plus a Special entry that occasionally upgrades the haul beyond the basics. Fuel keeps your campfire alive, scrap feeds crafting and repairs, and coins build toward the economy, so even a quick visit rarely feels wasted, especially in the early and mid game when these staples are scarce.

As for danger, the Treehouse lists no inhabitants of its own, meaning no dedicated guards stand between you and the loot.
