Diary raises Stealth by 25%, which sounds large but depends heavily on the base. Stealth runs from 0 units at 1 star to 20 at 5 stars, in steps of 5, so if the boost scales the stat as the wiki's own examples imply, it adds 5 units to a 5-star Toon like Astro or Connie, 2.5 to a 3-star, 1.25 to a 2-star, and nothing to a 1-star Toon starting at 0. Stealth decides how close a Twisted must be before it starts chasing, and which Toon it prioritizes.

That makes it a ranking tool more than a raw bonus. The wiki's best case is Solar Kiting with Bobette, who has 2 stars of Stealth, the same as a 2-star distractor like Eclipse, Goob, Looey, Waxwell or Yatta. The extra 25% puts Bobette just above her distractor, so Twisteds pick the other target even while she walks through them. It also lets an extractor keep working when a distractor passes by. If the distractor has less Stealth than you, it does nothing.
