Where Cobbler appears

Cobbler guide

Cobbler is a dark, translucent, hooded figure with bandaged limbs, socks, a flute on its left hip and a cryptic symbol on its face that stands for the letter "I" in its own alphabet, Cobblish. The wiki gives it no date of its own; its home, The Stairwell, was added on August 28, 2026. Silhouettes of it are seen throughout the floor, but the real Cobbler waits at Landing 99.

Landing 99

It is a passive entity. When you arrive it points at the fire alarm, and once you pull it you can interact. It then speaks in Cobblish, and if you carry scrap you can trade one piece for 10 gold. A shelf in the corner of its room sells the Starlight Barrel for 750 gold, Peach Cobbler for 250 and the Radar for 500. Buying the Scanner makes Cobbler teleport in and hand over three modules: Flashlight, Threat Detector and Translator.

Its fear of Creak

The Translator turns its lines into plain speech. In them it says it fears the "stone man" that broke out of a cage, which likely means Creak, and it likes the clay faces enough to keep one as a pet. The Cobbler Silhouette is harmless and may toss glowsticks to light the area.
