Breaker Pole guide

Ten Breaker Poles are hidden in The Electrical Room at Door 100 of The Hotel, and all ten are needed to power the elevator that leads to The Mines. They are single-use puzzle items. Each one is picked up by pressing interact, which removes it from the world and adds it to the inventory, and each is inserted into the Circuit Breaker later.

Where to look

Poles lie in the labyrinth hallways, in storage rooms and near the Elevator, on shelves and on the floor. They give off a shimmering sound, and Guiding Light highlights them with particles after a short delay. That timer starts when Door 100 opens, not when Figure appears, so waiting is safe. After about a minute in the room the light and particles intensify.

What gates the hunt

Before collecting every pole, the player must pull a lever that opens the whole room but also makes Figure appear. The Circuit Breaker itself sits behind a door that the Electrical Room Key unlocks.

Modifiers and rewards

Soundproofing mutes the poles. Gone Fishing stops Guiding Light from highlighting them. A Moonlight Float makes them visible through walls. Finishing the puzzle in under a minute earns the Expert Technician achievement.
