Treasure Island guide
Treasure Island is where you go when your catches are worth real money. Twelve fish are documented here, and the top end is steep: Gem Blobfish, a Secret, averages C$44,000, followed by Goldfin Octopus (Exotic, C$9,750) and Ruby Lionfish (Legendary, C$2,400). Even the Uncommon tier pays well, with Gem Eel at C$2,108 and Goldband Butterflyfish at C$1,911.4.
The rarity spread is six Common, three Uncommon, and one each of Exotic, Legendary and Secret. So half the catch table is cheap filler, and the money sits in a few rare fish. That makes the zone a patience game: you will reel in plenty of Commons while waiting for a Gem Blobfish.
On the shopping side, the Treasure Rod is sold here for C$50,000. The island also has the Event Appraiser and the Crazy Man, plus a vendor of what the wiki calls comically overpriced baits, which is a fair warning to check prices before buying. There is no crab cage and no bait crate.
Verdict: worth the trip once your income allows it, mainly for the Secret and Exotic fish. If you only want steady small profit, other zones with fewer Commons will serve you better.
