That is the profile of a mid-tier rod: nothing weak enough to hurt you and nothing strong enough to build a strategy around.

Its best trait is Control, which keeps the bar steady during the fight. Its worst is Luck, which is below what a typical mid-game player will want.

If you can get it without spending a lot, it is a pleasant rod to use for general fishing and an easy keepsake from the event. If you are chasing rare fish, you would do better with a rod that has well over 100 Luck. For event players, collecting it costs little and gives you a decent all-around option.
