Farm Plot

Item in 99 Nights in the Forest

About

Farm Plot — In-Depth Analysis

The Farm Plot is one of the few craftables in 99 Nights in the Forest that turns a one-time investment into a renewable food supply, which makes it a quiet cornerstone of any long run. You unlock it at a Level 2 Crafting Bench, and unlike most builds it can be placed anywhere on the map, so you are not locked to your campfire when setting up a garden.

Once down, each plot grows 6 plants every 2 days. The harvest is randomized: Carrots are by far the most common, followed by Corn and Pumpkin, with Cake being the rare jackpot drop. That steady trickle of food is what keeps a squad fed past the point where foraging and hunting start drying up, and stacking plots multiplies the yield in a small footprint.

The real prize is the upgrade path. By reviving the Giant Tree in the Fairy Biome, opening the Fairy Chest, and scrapping the Farm Plot Tablet at the bench, you convert it into the Enchanted Farm Plot, though only on blueprints bought afterward. Both versions can be stacked to save base space. For survival value this is an easy yes: build a couple early, place them safely, and they pay for themselves over the nights.
