Designer Shades guide
Fischfest 2 is where Designer Shades turn up, a Limited-rarity item caught in Summer that the wiki treats as obtainable. The entry says these are the ultimate beach accessory for keeping an air of mystery. They are very light, from 0.1 kg to 0.6 kg, and average 0.2 kg.
The per-kilo rate is a high C$1,000, but the low weight means the average sale is C$200, ranking 486th of 742 documented fish by value; the 0.6 kg maximum is 641st of 663 by weight. Each one adds 150 base XP. The wiki lists no bait, weather or time-of-day for them.
Six other Limited items are documented in Fischfest 2: Beached Relic, BBQ Bass, Beach Bucket, Beach Towel, Chillin' Crab and Coastal Crate. Floatie Rod and Starshell Rod are the rods sold there. My take: pick up the Designer Shades while you work through the event set, then sell them, since a C$200 item will not change your finances.
