Garden Games Event — In-Depth Analysis

The Garden Games Event premiered on January 3, 2026, and notably was the first event of 2026 to introduce a currencyCarrot Coins — alongside a spinning wheel, new seeds, and pets. The whole loop is quest-driven: you open the Quest UI by speaking to Greg, complete farming objectives, then spend your earned Carrot Coins on the spinning wheel at the center of the event platform.

What makes this event efficient to grind is its tiered quest payout. Quests are split into Easy, Medium, and Hard, with Easy tasks paying 1 coin and Hard tasks paying 2–3 coins each. The Easy tier asks for light goals like planting 10 Carrots or harvesting 20 Blueberries, while Hard tier demands bulk harvests (100 Carrots, 300 Blueberries, 150 Tomatoes), so your coin-per-effort ratio improves sharply once you have the crop volume to clear Hard objectives.

For progression, the wheel and quest rewards seed the event's exclusive content: the Bonanza Bloom and Kernel Curl seeds, the Carnival Egg line, the Whimsical mutation, and pets like the Carnival Elephant and Show Pony. Optimal play is to build a high-throughput Carrot and Blueberry farm before logging quests, prioritize Hard tiers for the best coin rate, and funnel coins into wheel spins for shots at the rarer pets.
