Mecha Chompa guide
Mecha Chompa is the fourth reward on Dr. Scramble's Boss Mastery track and asks for 75 points, three times what Citadel Snail #007 costs. In exchange it earns $600M/s, a Secret tied for 6th of 35 in its rarity.
Seventy-five defeats
Since Update 6, Dr. Scramble returns in his Mecha every 30 minutes, and every defeat adds 1 Boss Mastery Point. The full track:
- Eye Bat #021: 10 points, $115K/s
- Citadel Snail #007: 25 points, $12.5M/s
- Uncoiled Armadillo: 50 points, $625K/s
- Mecha Chompa: 75 points, $600M/s
- Pink Dragon Experiment #010: 100 points, $2.5B/s
Seventy-five defeats at one boss every 30 minutes is at least 37.5 hours of spawns, and realistically more. Along the way you collect Samples and progress the separate 100-tier Boss Milestone, and each defeat carries the 0.5% chance of the secret Mecha Scrambler drop that the wiki documents.
Not one of the Monster Egg's Mecha variants
The name can mislead. The Mecha pets of the Monster Egg, such as Mecha Dreadscale, are rare variants of that egg's monsters. Mecha Chompa is a different case: the wiki places it among the Event pets and lists it only as a Dr. Scramble Mastery reward.
How it compares
Its $600M/s matches Ember Dragon and the Cherry Blossom biome's Oni Tiger. It is tied for 5th of the 17 event pets, and 39 of 198 pets earn more overall.
Estimates
The wiki gives a base weight of 1,234 kg, the same figure it uses for every Mastery reward pet, so treat weight numbers with caution. With the formula it documents:
- Golden: about $1.5B/s
- Rainbow: about $2.1B/s
- Scrambled (×2.75): about $1.65B/s
- 10× weight: about $2.48B/s
- 100× weight: about $10.3B/s
- Rainbow at 100× weight: about $35.9B/s
