Storm Skipper guide
Storm Skipper is Extinct, and in Fisch terms that means you cannot get one today. It is tagged Unobtainable, though it is not listed as a Limited event fish, so it belongs to a different category of lost catches. The wiki describes a dark blue fish crackling with light blue electric arcs, skipping through tempests.
Its old requirements are still on record: Golden Worm bait, night, windy weather, spring, in Waveborne on the Second Sea. Weight ranged from 50 to 315 kg, averaging 100 kg, which ranks its maximum at 220 of 663. The odd part is the price. At about C$67 per kg it averages C$67 per fish, 634 of the 742 documented, so it is far cheaper than its size suggests.
Where it stands out is XP: 5,000 base, a huge number next to most fish listed here. If you were levelling, this was the reason to chase it, not the sale value. Drift Claw is the other Extinct fish listed in Waveborne, and Firefly Rod is sold in the same area.
Verdict: a historical entry with a bad cash value and an excellent XP payout. Useful to know about, but there is nothing to act on today.
