Twilight Eel guide
Vertigo is the home of Twilight Eel, an Uncommon fish that appears in Winter. The wiki notes that, despite looking like a giant tadpole, it is an eel. It takes Insect bait, and the listing places no limit on time of day or weather.
Its figures: 10 to 42 kg (15 kg on average), a sale price of about C$67.50 at C$4.50 per kg, and 100 base XP. By value it is 633 of 742 documented fish, which is far below what the Uncommon label might suggest, while its maximum weight ranks 337 of 663.
The XP of 100 is the best thing it offers. The Nocturnal Rod and Aurora Rod are sold in Vertigo, so you can fish it with local gear.
Verdict: Twilight Eel is a filler. It will not pay your bills, but it is easy to get with cheap bait and the XP is acceptable for the effort. Sell the extras and look for the rarer fish of Vertigo if you want real cash.
