Stacking Mutations and Sizes
A pet's weight has a major effect on final income, since size rolls are easier to obtain than rare color mutations.
Final income is calculated by multiplying the base rate by both the color multiplier and the size multiplier:
Final Income = Base Income Γ Mutation(s) Multiplier Γ Size Multiplier
To be more specific, each pet has a hidden base weight that correlates with their base income. Any pet under 125x the base weight is valued using this formula:
Money/s= Base Value (Actual Weight/Base Weight)^37/60 Mutation Multiplier(s)
Once a pet is above 125x the secret base weight, the game begins to apply diminishing returns. The formula is as follows:
Money/s= Base Value Mutation Multiplier(s) (Actual Weight/Base Weight)^2/5 125^13/60
This is a complex way to say that when you hatch an egg 100x base weight, you'll get ~17x base value, at 200x base weight it'll be ~23x and at 1000x base weight it'll be ~45x base value. The bigger eggs still continue to be worth more but the gain per kg becomes smaller and smaller.
Combination examples:
- Normal: $100/s (base, no mutation)
- Golden + Giant: 100 Γ 2.5 Γ 3 = $750/s (x7.5 total)
- Rainbow + Huge: 100 Γ 3.5 Γ 5 = $1,750/s (x17.5 total)
Size multiplier table
Computed with the formula above for a pet whose base income is $100/s, without mutation. Past 125Γ the base weight the curve flattens.
| Weight vs. base | Size multiplier | Income of a $100/s pet |
|---|---|---|
| Γ1 | Γ1.00 | $100/s |
| Γ2 | Γ1.53 | $153.33/s |
| Γ5 | Γ2.70 | $269.79/s |
| Γ10 | Γ4.14 | $413.68/s |
| Γ25 | Γ7.28 | $727.89/s |
| Γ50 | Γ11.2 | $1.12K/s |
| Γ100 | Γ17.1 | $1.71K/s |
| Γ125cap point | Γ19.6 | $1.96K/s |
| Γ200 | Γ23.7 | $2.37K/s |
| Γ500 | Γ34.2 | $3.42K/s |
| Γ1000 | Γ45.1 | $4.51K/s |
Mutation multipliers
The color multiplier in the formula. Normal pets count as Γ1.
| Mutation | Multiplier | How to get it |
|---|---|---|
![]() | Γ3.5 | Animated rainbow effect that continuously changes colors. Extremely rare hatch roll β roll weight 1 out of 100. |
![]() | Γ3 | Not obtainable through normal hatch rolls. Comes from its own dedicated Parasite Egg, obtained through the feeding event. |
![]() | Γ2.75 | Not obtainable through normal hatch rolls. Can be applied to an egg with a Mutation Consumable for a 10% chance. |
![]() | Γ2.75 | Poison like effect. Currently obtainable via Dr. Scramble's Shop β can be applied to an egg with a 10% chance. |
![]() | Γ2.5 | Shiny metallic gold texture with coin particles. Roll weight 4 out of 100. |
![]() | Γ2.5 | Green spiritual effect. Currently unobtainable via normal roll β obtained instead through the Sakura Incubator. |
![]() | Γ1.25 | Cherry blossom petal particles. Likely gated behind the Sakura event rather than normal hatching. |
![]() | Γ1.2 | Shiny silver appearance with metallic reflections. Roll weight 6 out of 100. |
