Only three Uncommon pets exist in Steal an Egg, one in each of the first three biomes, and the Bird is the Forest entry. It earns $8/s, four times the Dog, and ranks 193rd of 198 overall. The other two Uncommons are the Catfish in Lake and the Fennec in Desert.

The Bird Egg takes 25 seconds and hatches with +500 Speed and $800. That cash reward equals 100 seconds of the Bird's own income, a ratio that holds for every pet in this biome. The Speed matters more: a Bird plus a Chicken gives 920, enough on its own to clear the 900 required by Lake.
At 5 kg, the Bird has the lightest base weight in the Forest. Since the wiki's formula measures size against that base, a Bird does not need to be huge in absolute kilograms to roll a strong multiplier.
