The regular Krakenoid earns $500M/s out of the Monster Egg. Its Mecha form earns exactly double, $1B/s, and that jump is the whole point of this pet: same creature, same Monster rarity, twice the income.
Where the Mecha version comes from
Update 2 put the Monster Egg in the Robux Store with six monsters to hatch and noted that every one of them has a rare Mecha variant. The wiki groups those six variants under a Mecha Egg, which Mecha Krakenoid shares with Mecha Scorpio, Mecha Froggo, Mecha Crawler, Mecha Crocodon and Mecha Dreadscale.
The wiki's Monster Egg page describes it as limited and sold for Robux, and Update 4 replaced it with the Luminous Egg. The wiki does not publish the odds of the Mecha roll, and it documents no current route to this variant now that the Monster Egg has been swapped out.

Mutation and weight estimates
With the income formula the wiki documents (its calculator is labeled beta), a Golden roll (×2.5) would put Mecha Krakenoid around $2.5B/s and a Rainbow (×3.5) around $3.5B/s. Size moves the number more: at 10× its 35 kg base weight it would land near $4.14B/s, and at 100× near $17.1B/s. A Rainbow at 100× weight would reach roughly $59.9B/s.
Past 125× base weight the formula switches to diminishing returns, which is why a 200× hatch only reaches about $23.7B/s instead of doubling the 100× figure. If you are comparing two copies, a heavier plain one can beat a lighter Golden one.
