Dreadscale guide
Of the six creatures in the Monster Egg, Dreadscale is the one that made the egg worth chasing. It earns $2B/s, four times Krakenoid just below it and 200,000 times the $10K/s of Scorpio at the bottom.
A limited Robux egg
The Monster Egg arrived with Update 2 in the Robux Store. The wiki's Monster Egg page calls it limited and bought for Robux, and Update 4 replaced it with the Luminous Egg. Like other limited eggs, it never spawned in normal biome nests, so stealing runs could not produce it. The wiki does not document a current way to get one.
Its full lineup, from lowest to highest income:
- Scorpio, $10K/s
- Froggo, $50K/s
- Crawler, $1.5M/s
- Crocodon, $30M/s
- Krakenoid, $500M/s
- Dreadscale, $2B/s
The Mecha shadow
Update 2 also noted that every monster from this egg has a rare Mecha variant. Mecha Dreadscale earns $4B/s, exactly double, and is the only Monster-rarity pet that out-earns Dreadscale. Dreadscale itself ranks 2nd of 12 Monster pets and 17th of 198 overall, tied with Dreadstinger at $2B/s.
What size and color could add
The wiki lists a base weight of 35 kg. Following the formula it documents:
- Golden: about $5B/s
- Rainbow: about $7B/s
- 10× weight: about $8.27B/s
- 100× weight: about $34.2B/s
- 200× weight: about $47.4B/s
- Rainbow at 100× weight: about $120B/s
Note that a plain Dreadscale at 10× weight would out-earn a base Mecha Dreadscale, so weight is worth checking before deciding which copy to keep in your pen.
