Mole

The Mole is a Legendary pet from the Lunar Glow Event, hatched from the Night Egg at a 22% chance. Its ability, Treasure Hunter, fires roughly every 80 seconds and has the Mole burrow underground to surface either Sheckles or a piece of Gear. The Sheckle payout swings wide, from 900 up to 10,800 per dig, which makes the Mole a passive income engine that ticks the whole time you farm.

Where it really shines is gear acquisition. A successful dig can pull Watering Cans, Trowels, the Recall Wrench, the Lightning Rod, the Harvest Tool, and the full sprinkler ladder up to the Grandmaster Sprinkler. Because the cooldown shrinks with every level, the Mole becomes one of the best pets in the game for a sprinkler grind — level it up and you generate high-tier sprinklers far faster than buying them. Note it cannot dig up gear added after the Lunar Glow Event.

Optimal use is to keep the Mole equipped during long farming sessions and pour pet XP into it early, so the cooldown compresses and both the Sheckle drip and the sprinkler stream accelerate over time.
