Pancake Mole

The Pancake Mole is a rare pet hatched from the Gourmet Egg at a 38% chance, making it the most common pull from that egg and an early, affordable way to add a passive income engine to your farm. Cosmetically it is a maple-syrup variant of the standard Mole, but functionally it is all about loot generation.

Its Pancake Hunter trait fires on a short 10-80 second cycle, digging underground to surface either Sheckles or gear. Cash hits land in modest brackets (roughly 900-1,100, with rarer spikes of 4,750 and 10,900), while the gear table is where the real value sits: it can pull Recall Wrenches, Watering Cans, Trowels, Trading Tickets, the full Sprinkler line up to Grandmaster, and even a Levelup Lollipop. Because sprinklers and the Lollipop are otherwise costly or grind-locked, the Mole effectively prints progression tools for free.

To use it optimally, keep it equipped during long active sessions rather than swapping for combat pets, since the frequent cycle compounds over time. Stack it with other gear-finders and prioritize it early-game when sprinklers and tickets matter most; its value tapers once your sprinkler grid is complete and the cash drops become trivial.
