Dreadstinger guide
Dreadstinger caps the Experimental Egg at $2B/s, the same base income as the Monster Egg's Dreadscale, but it comes from a completely different system: Dr. Scramble's Laboratory.
The Experimental banner
Update 6 turned the old Rift Trade-In Machine into the Laboratory, with three banners and 15 new pets. The Experimental Egg's five pets correspond to the Experimental banner, which draws from Cosmic, Cherry Blossom and Titan Temple eggs. Titan Temple is the endgame biome added in Update 2, so this is the Laboratory pool that leans furthest into late-game eggs. Since the rework you trade eggs in directly instead of hatching them and returning the pets, and pity now guarantees the top reward rather than a random pick from the top three.
The jump at the top of the egg
The Experimental Egg climbs steeply:
- Wheel Hamster, Mythic, $450K/s
- Stacked Turtle, Cosmic, $12M/s
- Three Headed Chicken, Cosmic, $165M/s
- Eyeball Crab, Secret, $825M/s
- Dreadstinger, Eternal, $2B/s
Dreadstinger earns about 2.4× Eyeball Crab and more than 4,000× Wheel Hamster. It ranks 5th of 24 Eternal pets and 17th of 198 overall, tied with Dreadscale.
