Valentine's Event — In-Depth Analysis

The Valentine's Event premiered on February 14, 2026, adding a romance-themed currency layer on top of normal farming. Two NPCs anchor it: Heather pays out Heart Coins when you submit crops carrying a love mutation, while Kayla runs a shop selling cosmetics and a flower seed. Heather also redeems your accumulated Heart Coins for the event prize list.

The economy rewards mutation quality steeply. A Heartstruck crop is worth 1 Heart Coin, Cute is worth 10, and Heartbound is worth 50, a fifty-to-one spread that makes chasing the rarest mutation vastly more efficient than bulk-submitting common ones. Layer in the event's second currency, Flowers, where 1 Flower equals 1,000,000,000,000,000, and you have a high-ceiling economy aimed at endgame farmers. One important catch: every purchase in the Valentine's shop raises that item's future cost, so prices inflate as you buy.

To use it optimally, prioritize producing Heartbound-mutated crops over spamming Heartstruck, since one Heartbound equals fifty Heartstruck submissions. Buy the rewards you most want early before the per-purchase cost scaling makes them expensive, and budget your Heart Coins around that escalating price curve rather than spending impulsively.
