Shattered Drake guide
Shattered Drake and Void Serpent are near neighbors in the Rift: $800M/s against $900M/s, both Eternal. With a gap of only 12.5%, the roll on each copy decides which one is actually better.
When a Shattered Drake beats a Void Serpent
Estimated with the formula the wiki documents, small differences in mutation flip the order:
- With identical rolls, Void Serpent stays 12.5% ahead. At 10× base weight, for example, the Serpent would earn about $3.72B/s and the Drake about $3.31B/s.
- Even a Silver mutation (×1.2) on the Drake, about $960M/s, is enough to pass a plain Void Serpent.
- A Golden Shattered Drake, about $2B/s, earns more than double a plain Serpent.
The practical rule: compare the mutation first, then the weight relative to each pet's own base weight (30,000 kg for the Drake, 14,000 kg for the Serpent), not the raw kg on the card.
The "Shattered" names
The wiki lists three Rift pets with that prefix: Shattered Ram ($8M/s), Shattered Drake ($800M/s) and Shattered Colossus ($3.5B/s). One of the Rift banners is called Shattered Rift, but the wiki does not assign any pet to a banner, so the naming link is not confirmed.
Getting it
The lobby Rift exchanges 3 random pets for one exclusive Rift Egg, and its banners rotate every 3 hours across all servers. Update 6 replaced the Rift Trade-In Machine with Dr. Scramble's Laboratory, and the wiki has not clarified the effect on the sacrifice.
Full estimates
Shattered Drake is 3rd of 16 Rift pets and 15th of 24 Eternal pets. Following the wiki's formula: Rainbow about $2.8B/s, 100× weight about $13.7B/s, 200× about $19B/s, and a Rainbow at 100× weight about $47.9B/s.
